KWS High Efficiency Air Filter - Customized OEM Solutions from Trusted China Suppliers and Factory
Product Introduction
Structural Design
The spacer of a spacer HEPA filter is its unique feature. Usually made of corrugated aluminium foil or cardboard, these partitions support the filter material like ‘ribs’ and separate the filter material into several uniform channels. This design not only increases the strength of the filter, but also ensures that the air is evenly distributed as it passes through, avoiding air ‘bypass’ and resulting in efficient filtration.
The filter material is usually made of ultra-fine glass fibres or synthetic fibres, which are layered on top of each other to form a dense “filter mesh”. When the air passes through, particles will be intercepted by the fibres, adsorption or inertial collision, and finally be firmly ‘locked’ in the filter material.
Principle of Operation
The principle of operation of the HEPA filter is based on three main filtering mechanisms:
Product Characteristics
- Compact design of the box structure, the perfect combination of filter media and outer frame airtight.
- Paper or aluminium foil partition filter media construction for smooth air circulation.
- Stable efficiency, low resistance, large dust holding capacity.
- Good wind speed uniformity, long service life.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
QWhat is the main advantage of a partition HEPA filter?
The corrugated aluminium foil or paper partitions act as structural ribs, guaranteeing uniform air passages, preventing media deformation under high airflow, and providing superior stability in heavy-duty or high-temperature environments.
QWhat is the difference between H13 and H14 filtration efficiency?
H13 provides a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.95% for 0.3-0.5 μm particles, suitable for hospital operating rooms and standard cleanrooms. H14 delivers higher efficiency (≥ 99.995%), commonly used in semiconductor fabrication, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and ultra-critical clean areas.
QWhen should the HEPA partition filter be replaced?
It is recommended to replace the filter when the operating resistance reaches the suggested ultimate resistance (≤ 400Pa), or when regular testing indicates that the cleanroom airflow rate or air cleanliness drops below required standards.
QCan these partition filters operate in high-temperature environments?
Yes. Partition HEPA filters constructed with aluminium foil separators, high-temperature resistant sealants, and specialised outer frames are specifically designed to perform reliably in systems with elevated ventilation temperatures and high fire safety standards.
QHow is airtightness guaranteed during installation?
The filters feature seamless continuous gaskets (such as EVA or PU endless seals) along the outer frame flanges to establish a reliable, airtight barrier that prevents air bypassing when clamped securely into the holding framework or housing terminal.
