KWS Keel Heavy-Duty Primary Air Filtration Unit
Product Introduction
The keel primary filter is the first line of defence in an air purification system and is mainly used to intercept large particles of airborne pollutants such as dust, hair, fibres and pollen. The core structure consists of a metal keel frame and a synthetic fibre filter media. The frame is robust and durable, while the filter mesh achieves high efficiency interception through a multi-layer interlocking design, while maintaining a low wind resistance to ensure smooth air flow.
These filters are widely used in commercial and industrial scenarios, such as:
1.Central air-conditioning systems: to protect back-end precision equipment (e.g., high-efficiency filters, fans) and extend service life;
2.Cleanrooms and laboratories: pre-filter suspended particles to maintain cleanliness;
3.Hospitals and pharmaceutical factories: reducing bacterial vectors and assisting in controlling the risk of cross-infection;
4.Factory workshops: blocking dust, improving the working environment and protecting production equipment.
The advantages of keel primary filters are high dust capacity, low cost and easy to replace, usually need to be cleaned or replaced every 3-6 months (depending on the amount of dust in the environment). When selecting a filter, it is important to look at the filtration rating (e.g. G3-G4 standard) and size suitability to ensure compatibility with existing systems. Proper use can significantly improve air quality and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
Product Characteristics
1.The outer frame is made of aluminium or galvanised frame, with a unique supporting skeleton structure (sub-mother frame), which makes the filter media multi-pleated and shaped.
2.Easy to replace and assemble, good versatility, and stronger stability.
3.The filter media is made of high quality polyester synthetic fibre with low initial resistance and good fireproof performance.
4.At the end of use, the filter media can be replaced or cleaned and reused, which can effectively reduce operating costs.
