KWS Medium-Effect DPA Bag Filter
Product Introduction
DPA bag filter adopts the principle of deep filtration to achieve high efficiency purification through its unique bag structure. When the air enters the filter, it first passes through the filter bag supported by the metal frame, which is made of high-quality synthetic fibre or glass fibre with multi-layer fibre mesh structure. When the air flows through the filter bag, particles are intercepted by the surface and internal fibres of the bag: larger particles are captured by inertial collision and smaller particles are retained by the fibres through diffusion effect and electrostatic adsorption. Clean air flows out from the inside of the filter bag, completing the filtration process.
The bag design of DPA bag filter increases the filtration area, reduces the wind resistance, is suitable for handling larger air volume, and prolongs the service life of the filter bag.
Product Characteristics
1.Paint mist capture capacity: up to 27kg/m², DPA paint mist filter, life is 3-6 times the traditional paint mist filtration products, for viscous paint, such as varnish, DPA paint mist filter which is good, a lot of on-site measurement data proves that the life of DPA paint mist filters can reach 10 times that of traditional products.
2.High efficiency of intercepting paint mist: the effective interception rate of particles above 10um can reach 99.8%, and the filtration efficiency can reach the level of European standard F5, the performance of DPA paint mist filter, and the filtration efficiency of a DPA is higher than the traditional primary filtration + intermediate filtration effect.
3.Low initial wind resistance: thanks to DPA's water-resistant and paint-resistant material and honeycomb three-dimensional structure, DPA's initial wind resistance is only about 20Pa, and can be used in the process of long-term maintenance at a higher level of paper, which greatly saves the cost of electricity and energy consumption.
4.Although the unit price of DPA sounds a little higher than traditional filtration products, due to the long on-line life, high efficiency, low wind resistance, from the whole system operating costs to do a comprehensive calculation, the use of DPA, must be the ultimate can help enterprises save operating costs, improved productivity.
