KWS Nylon Mesh Air Filter
Product Introduction
Nylon mesh filter is a common filtration equipment, the core component is made of high-strength nylon wire woven to form a uniform mesh structure. It has a wide range of pore sizes (usually 1-500 microns), and different precision can be selected according to the needs, effectively intercepting particles, impurities or microorganisms. Nylon material is corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant, stretch-resistant, etc. It is suitable for acid and alkali environments and a variety of liquid filtration scenarios, such as water treatment, food processing, chemical production and so on.
Compared with metal filter, nylon mesh is lightweight, low cost and not easy to rust; compared with paper filter element, it can be washed and used repeatedly, which is economical and environmentally friendly. It can be installed flexibly with support frame or directly embedded in pipeline system. For daily maintenance, it only needs to be taken out and washed or brushed regularly to restore the filtration performance.
It should be noted that nylon mesh is not resistant to high temperatures (usually below 120°C), and high temperature environments require the use of polyester or metal filters. Its simplicity and efficiency make it a cost-effective filtration option for both industrial and domestic applications.
